If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package.
You need to specify why you intend to return the product.

To make use of the guarantee, a request must be made by e-mail (at info@sortegin.it).
To speed up the response, we recommend that you indicate in the subject of the email the words: Return request and the order number.

The return is accepted only if the product is in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Therefore it must be perfectly intact.

The product must be received by us within 10 days from the date of authorization for the return. The postal address to return the returned item to is:

We recommend the use of a traceable service (therefore registered mail, fast parcel 3 by Poste Italiane or express courier service) as the responsibility for delivery lies with the sender.

After SORTE GIN has received the returned package, and verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a return acceptance email.

The refund will be made by reversing the payment you made, if you used a credit card or Paypal.
Transport costs are NOT refundable.

In no case is it possible to reject the ordered goods at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered application of the right of return, but breach of contract.
Returns can only be made in the manner described above.

Shipping costs are € 5.90 for Italy and € 11 for Europe.

Our shipments are made with the Italian Post Office.
The dispatch of the goods is guaranteed within 4 working days unless the goods are unavailable.

Delivery takes place on week days, from 8am to 7pm.

Non-receipt of the shipment is not allowed.

Placing the order involves the mandatory receipt of the shipment, without prejudice to the right of return.

Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient and errors or omissions in indicating the delivery address (including the name on the bell) will be entirely borne by the buyer.
